
HAPPY OCTOBER! 👻
One of my favorite months of the year. Everything spooky, gloomy, and allll the pumpkin treats!
Ingredients
• 1 c almond flour
• 1/3 c coconut flour
• 1/3 c coconut sugar
• 1/4 c milk (can be nondairy if you want dairy free)
• 1 & 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2/3 pumpkin purée
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 c white chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. Add wet ingredients, let sit for about 2-3 minutes so the coconut flour can absorb the liquids. Add chocolate chips if using! Then roll out 1 inch balls and place on pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY
